Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan runs real tournaments — 1 at a time, up to 32 players, all 7 bracket formats — with no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans also include a 14-day free trial.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate your billing.
How do entry fees work?
You can set an entry fee that shows on your signup page so players know the cost before they register. Players pay you directly at the venue — BracketSpot doesn't process entry fees.
What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Pro gives you unlimited tournaments, up to 512 players, and every AI feature — ideal for a busy venue. Enterprise adds white-label branding across all your displays, a custom domain, the full read+write API, SSO/SAML, audit logs, and a dedicated account manager — built for chains, leagues, and organizations with compliance needs. (All 5 display types and sponsor overlays are included from Starter up — they're not what separates Pro from Enterprise.)
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
You'll get a heads-up as you approach a cap. You can finish your current tournament, then upgrade before starting a new one that would exceed your plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and get 2 months free on every paid plan. Use the toggle at the top of the page to see annual pricing and the exact amount you save.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your tournament history and data are always preserved. You can export to CSV or PDF at any time, and you may lose access to premium features until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts — cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of your billing period.
